GRIFF | Color Commentator "GRIFF" is a native of California who now spends his time between Atlanta, GA & New York City. He has made a name for himself as one of the leading comedians and personalities in the Country by Headlining across North America and Canada while opening up for major acts such as Sinbad, Gladys Knight, Frankie Beverly & MAZE, The Kings and Queens of Comedy Tour, Brian McKnight and more. Because of his love for Comedy and sports, "GRIFF" landed the job as Sports Director and Co-Host of The Frank-Ski Morning Show, WVEE V-103FM in Atlanta from November 1998 - November 2001. His wit and unsurpassed knowledge of sports made him the 1st choice for Atlanta's sports news. "GRIFF" took sports to the 'next level' with his comedic twist on athletes and their stories, and in 1999 he received GA's Sportscaster of the Year Award. Moving forward after Radio, "GRIFF" was picked out of thousands to host the nationally syndicated TV Show THUNDERBOX. (FOX SPORTS) THUNDERBOX in essence is hip hop, meets real boxing with a story line compared to that of the WWE! With his natural love of the cameras, sports and music....he was the obvious choice. Never too busy to volunteer for his community, his love for the young misguided youth of America prompted him to start Positive Vibes 10 years ago. Positive Vibes is a non-profit mentoring program that takes his encouraging life story straight to the kids, through schools, libraries, churches, YMCA's, Boys and Girls Clubs and Youth Detention Centers Nationwide. Being a devoted father to his 2 sons, he realizes the need and importance of male figures in young children's lives.
